Refund, Cancellation & Membership Policies

  • Arrival time is 15 minutes before class and check in closes 2 minutes prior to the start of class, regardless of online booking. We do not allow late entry to any classes or workshops for safety reasons. No exceptions will be made. If you have booked online and arrive after check in closes, you forfeit your spot. 
  • Bookings to be made via the BARAZA APP (download from your app store) barazayoga.com
  • Cancellations are only accepted to 2 hours prior to the start of class to cancel, thereafter the class will be deducted from your account.
  • Workshops & Retreats: You must cancel 24 hours or more in advance to receive a refund. If you late-cancel less than 24 hours before class starts, your workshop credit will still be deducted from your account.
  • Refunds are not offered on any drop in classes, class pass packages, unlimited memberships, workshops or apparel and merchandise. All Class Packages, Unlimited Memberships, and Workshops are non-transferable to another client. All class credits must be used by the original purchasing client.
  • Extensions are not offered extensions on drop in classes, class pass packages, unlimited memberships.
  • MEMBERSHIPS (Only applicable to the ALL ACCESS Monthly Membership clients) agree a recurring automatic billing, with a 2 month minimum commitment.
    Unless you terminate or suspend the contract, a recurring billing will continue for twelve consecutive months.
    After the first month and second billing, you can request to suspend the contract at any time. Allowing you to reactivate your membership at your convenience.   
    Complete termination of the contract may be requested after the second billing, providing at least 7 days notice, noting that the month in which termination notice was provided will be billed.
    The contract is activated when classes/services are booked following the payment of the contract, once activated no refunds (in full or part) will be provided.
    Should your payment/card expire or default all access to Baraza services will be automatically suspended. All queries for billings, suspensions and terminations to be sent to hello@barazayoga.com
