WELCOME TO BARAZA!

If you have any questions then don’t hesitate to get in touch. Below we’ve compiled a short list of useful info to help make your visit enjoyable and relaxing.

WHAT STYLE & LEVEL OF YOGA IS TAUGHT AT BARAZA?

Baraza’s classes are flow sequences designed to challenge the body. All levels are welcome, unless otherwise stated on the class description. Our teachers will offer modifications and adjustments during class as needed.

WHAT LANGUAGE ARE CLASSES TAUGHT IN?

All classes and workshops are taught in English.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR CLASS?

Arrival time is 15 minutes before class and check in closes 2 minutes prior to the start of class, regardless of online booking. Please note it is our policy to not allow late entry to any classes or workshops out of respect for our teachers and students.  If you have booked online and arrive after check in closes, you forfeit your spot. No exceptions will be made.

Mats are also available to rent at the cost of 1€ and on a first come, first serve basis.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR & DOES BARAZA HAVE CHANGE ROOMS?

We ask you to be mindful that your health and well-being is ultimately your responsibility so practice with care and attention, listen to your body and be sure to modify when needed.
