✨ November magic at your studio ✨

A new month begins and here’s what’s blooming at your studio 🌿
Alongside our regular classes with our brilliant teachers, November brings new moments to move, sing, breathe, and connect.

This Friday at 6 PM, we’ll come together for our monthly Kirtan, a beautiful moment to open our voices and our hearts. This month, all donations (suggested €20) will be raised for the APACA, a local association for abandoned children.

On Saturday at 6 PM, join @krause_tim for a special pop-up Breathwork class, a deep inner journey through breath, come explore and reconnect with your inner rhythm.

Then, on Saturday, Nov 9, we’ll extend our morning with a cozy juice & cake gathering after class.
Come to practice, stay to connect let’s share a warm moment together, nourishing both body and soul 🍰

That same weekend, on Sunday, Nov 9 at 5 PM, @lisaanderssonrhodiner will offer an extra Power Yoga class to awaken your energy and prepare you for the week ahead, strong, clear, and centered.

🌸 Later this month, we’re thrilled to welcome @marinadelimayoga back for juicy and dynamic classes on Saturday & Sunday. Check the schedule to find her and book your spot!
