POWER is our signature 60 minute class which promises a dynamic flow, with sequences created to challenge and strengthen.Seamless movements matched with steady breath will get your heart rate up and leave you feeling grounded yet energized. Expect to sweat.

YOGA: OPEN

OPEN is a 60 minute all level flow where beginners and advanced practitioners will feel stimulated. Learn modifications and variations, appreciate alignment cues and start or enhance your practice.

MEDIUM INTENSITY | ALL LEVELS

TRAIN: STRETCH

TRAIN: STRETCH is a 60 minute session designed to increase flexibility and mobility both progressively and safely. Move through with different exercise drills and movements which are ideal for reaching peak poses in the yoga practice, building strength, avoiding injuries and delving deeper into your understanding of the body.

 

MEDIUM INTENSITY | ALL LEVELS

TRAIN: BURN & BOOGIE (Dance)

This class is 60 minutes of upbeat, sweaty, and invigoratingly good fun. The “exercise in disguise” focuses on cardio endurance, muscular fitness and flexibility while learning back, hip, and core-strengthening dance moves inspired by international choreography. Motivating music and a dynamic workout with salsa, Kpop, line dancing, Irish dance and a good twerk.
