If you have any questions then don’t hesitate to get in touch. Below we’ve compiled a short list of useful info to help make your visit enjoyable and relaxing.
Baraza’s classes are flow sequences designed to challenge the body. Each session is shaped by the teacher’s own perspective—some focus on stillness and precision, others on flow and rhythm. All levels are welcome, unless otherwise stated on the class description. Our teachers will offer modifications and adjustments during class as needed.
Please note children are not allowed. Practionners need to be 18 and over.
All classes and workshops are taught in English.
Arrival time is 15 minutes before class and check in closes 2 minutes prior to the start of class, regardless of online booking. Please note it is our policy to not allow late entry to any classes or workshops out of respect for our teachers and students. If you have booked online and arrive after check in closes, you forfeit your spot. No exceptions will be made.
Our waiting list holds up to 5 x spots. If you haven’t already, we do advise downloading the BARAZA app, which allows push notifications this way you will be notified immediately when a spot opens up, which can then be accepted through the app.
Please cancel reservations within 4 hours of the class start time in order for the class to be returned to your account or package.
For unlimited memberships, at the third late cancellation or no-show within a month in the month, our system may apply a penalty.
Please note, memberships, classes and packages are non-refundable or transferable.
What class would you like to attend? We’ll save a spot for you and if you can arrive 15 mins before we can sort out your profile for you. Another option is to update the app by deleting and then re-downloading it.
