BARAZA (n.)/bəˈrɑːzə/A meeting place.

Join us for classes in our big, beautiful yoga studio in Santos, Lisbon. Our passionate group of trained teachers have the united intention of providing fun, feel good classes that enable both experienced yogis and complete beginners to find strength and depth in their practice.

Our classes are inclusive and non-niche, we want you to move, sweat and enjoy your practice in this oasis of calm in the city center. Baraza, the meeting place, is a hub of activity, hosting workshops, trainings, one off events and opening its doors to teachers from all over the world. *Classes are in English.


Weekdays at 18.00 and Saturday & Sunday at 10.00

Our 60 minute signature class always promises a fun, powerful flow, with sequences created to challenge and strengthen, no matter your level. A feel good class where we’ll move together, stretch, sweat and connect with our breath. ALL LEVELS.


Weekdays at 8.30 in the morning

A 60 minute morning class, where we’ll move, sweat, rest and leave feeling ready to face the day. Starting with a mini grounding seated meditation, followed by a whole body warm up and thoughtfully sequenced flows, finished with a re-energizing savasana. ALL LEVELS.


During the month of September our Monday morning 8.30 am 

Class will be lead by the incredibly talented Deepa Bidd.

Deepa will guide you through a 5 week basics course offering an opportunity for you, the newbie yogi, the chance to develop an understanding of key poses and transitions, learning how to make your practice both functional and feel good, ensuring you start your yoga journey on the right foot. If you are an experienced yogi, this 5 week course will also offer you the chance to check back in with your practice.

An in-depth knowledge and appreciation of the basics of yoga is essential for building a strong, safe and developed practice.


Wednesdays at 19.15 in the evening

Rocket Yoga is rooted in the practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa. It is composed of poses from the Primary and Intermediate Series of Ashtanga, as well as key postures from the 3rd and 4th series. Not advised for beginners. 



Tuesdays & Thursdays at 13.00

A shorter 45 minute class with your lunch break in mind. This is a an invigorating and flowing class, designed to give you a physical and mental boost for the afternoon. ALL LEVELS.
