Our bodies are where we store emotions, trauma and stress – as we are frequently so disconnected from this realm it can mean that it’s uncomfortable and challenging to access these deeper layers of ourselves. However in the much loved and grounding studio space, you’ll allow yourself to plunge into this magical practice – the breath will open up the opportunity to reconnect and let ourselves begin to heal and soften.
