Join Marina on a 2 hour introduction to Meditation & Mindfulness Workshop.
This workshop will be aimed at students interested in creating their own mediation and mindfulness practices that are simple and useful for everyday life.
The class will include gentle yoga movements to move energy and bring subtle awareness to the body and breath, various meditation techniques, and breath work to invite in conscious awareness.
