Want to deepen your arm balance practice and get tips on how to turn your world upside down with ease?
Maybe you’re a beginner and would like to learn the foundations, or maybe you already have an arm balance practice and want to take it further. This is an invitation to explore the playfulness of arm balances and inversions in a fun, challenging, and experimental workshop. Props and walls become part of the playground and you’ll work together in pairs to support each other. No previous experience of arm balances necessary but great if you’ve done some yoga before.

Key poses needed in order to lift up with ease
Why movement is essential to find balance
Alignment of hands and shoulders to keep your wrists healthy
Crow pose ( + variations + transitions from and to it)
Twisted arm balances (Side crow and Koundinyasana B)
Headstand (Sirsasana A+B)
Forearm-balances (Pincha Mayurasana + variations)
Handstand (with wall + variations + partner work)
