It’s January, we’re in lockdown, let’s dedicate ourselves to our resolutions and to deep, healing rest.
Join us at 9.30am Monday to Saturday for an hours practice with a changing schedule of our incredible regular and guest teachers. Come to the mat and work on your strength and steadiness whilst getting sweaty.
A regular yoga practice during confinement provides you with the structure to set your intentions and refine your focus and energy as well as ensuring you leave confinement feeling physically fit and ready for your year, in and out of the house! All whilst creating a connection with and receiving support from your yoga community.
Sunday Service will then take the form of our Day of Rest through IG live. Join us at 10am each Sunday of the challenge for 30 mins of healing through yin and yoga Nidra, as well as sound healing, breath work and meditation practices which soothe the nervous system and guide us into a Sunday frame of mind with ease.
This will also be supplemented with our Stretch and Flex classes 5pm Thursdays- some anatomy focused movement to aid your practices – as well as workshops and trainings (more on that tomorrow!).
Join our 21 day Resolutions & Rest Yoga challenge by investing in a monthly unlimited pass (55€ – 2,60€ a class) and signing up via MINDBODY. If you can’t join us live you’ll be sent the recording available for 24hrs.
